It is immense pleasure to inform you that, Assam Engineering College has been requested by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to organize a one day workshop for the implementation of National Vocational Education Qualification Framework on 23rd February 2012. The workshop will be attended by the Chairman, Member Secretary and 2-3 Officers of AICTE, Special Secretaries (TE), MHRD, Govt. of India, Economic Advisor, MHRD Govt. of India and 8-10 experts from the Industry / Industrial Association.

The Competent Authority of AICTE has accorded approval to conduct this NVEQF workshop on 23.02.2012 at Assam Engineering College for all the Officers of the State Government dealing with education, Head of the Universities Government and private, State school Education Board, Engineering Colleges and polytechnic.

All head of the institutions of above mentioned departments are hereby requested to make it convenient to attend the workshop or send their nominee to attend the workshop.
